Coaching is an effective tool to advance your business and achieve your goals. In other words: improving YOUR results.
We use the NOVA tools and the sociometric exercise to more easily target YOUR areas for improvement and develop YOUR skills more quickly.
Coaching can be used for many equally valid reasons, depending on the person’s specific needs.
Here are a number of examples where our certified coaches can help a client:
Prepare for a new role in an organization;
Facilitating integration into a new organization or role:
Existence of a gap in terms of skills, self-confidence or creative resources;
Need to develop specific skills: communication, presentation, delegation, team and performance management, etc.
Facing an important issue (challenge, ambitious goal, opportunity, etc.); Desire to develop more effective leadership;
Importance of developing an executive presence with impact;
Need to orient one’s career in a new direction or to reflect on one’s current career;
The types of coaching used by our coaches are mainly :
• Individual coaching
Individual coaching involves reflection and creativity. This approach allows an improvement in a person’s performance and the surpassing of results in a short period of time.
Executive Coaching (Senior Executives): Executive Coaching is aimed at the senior leaders of organizations. These executives generally occupy positions of significant authority and must manage in complex situations that can have a significant impact on their company, private or public, or on their industry.
Management coaching: Management coaching is usually used with mid-level managers, especially with high potentials.
• Team coaching
Radically different from individual coaching, team coaching also aims at performance in its approach. But this time, it is no longer the individual who is at the center of concerns, but the team and its functioning. The sociometric exercise is perfectly designed for this type of coaching.
• Group Coaching
Group coaching is halfway between individual and team coaching. The techniques used are those of individual coaching, but aim at developing solutions shared by the participants around objectives that are translated into individual action plans.
